Job Summary
The Contracts Manager is responsible for the contracting lifecycle processes of HMA clients across the enterprise. Primary responsibilities include assisting with the development and facilitation of contracting policies, negotiating, reviewing, and editing contracts and other assigned documents in accordance with company policies. Additional responsibilities include researching statutory and regulatory clauses, working collaboratively with other team members, ensuring contract and document compliance, maintaining contract information, and assisting with template and process revisions as required.
Work Performed and Job Requirement
Education/Training
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline is required. NCMA Certification is preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 7 years of working experience with contracts and/or legal in a professional services firm, including familiarity with commercial and government contracting principles and regulations. Experience with Salesforce CRM, Ironclad contract management software, and/or Deltek Vantagepoint ERP software for professional services firms preferred.
