The Sales Operations Associate ensures the accuracy and efficiency of HMA’s business development processes, with a strong focus on Salesforce CRM management, pipeline support, reporting, and serving as a trusted superuser for the sales team. This opportunity is primarily work-from-home, but should be based within driving distance to one of HMA's offices for occasional in-person work.
Job Summary
The Sales Operations Associate is responsible for supporting the efficiency and accuracy of HMA’s business development processes. This position maintains CRM data hygiene, drives pipeline alignment, and supports colleagues in navigating system opportunities, proposals, and contracting workflows. The Associate also prepares and distributes regular reporting and analytics, supports pipeline meetings, and partners with record owners to remediate data quality issues. In addition, the role reinforces data standards, develops training and documentation for sales tools, and serves as a trusted superuser resource for the business development team.
Work Performed and Job Requirements
Education/Training
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred. Candidates with significant, directly relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales administration, CRM support, and reporting analytics. Experience in Salesforce (or comparable CRM), Ironclad (or comparable CLM), Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools. Experience with Salesforce report writing and administration a plus. Experience with healthcare or consulting organization a plus.
